Founder Story
For more than two decades, Alma has welcomed travelers to Puerto Rico with a point of view shaped by design, comfort, and local knowledge. Paradise Villas & Vacations reflects that approach in the way homes are presented, guests are looked after, and every stay is handled from arrival to departure.
Her background includes studies at Parsons and Babson College, leadership within Puerto Rico's short-term rental community, and service on the marketing and sales advisory committee for Discover Puerto Rico.
The result is a company that values long-term reputation as much as occupancy, and guest experience as much as aesthetics.
