Founder
For more than 20 years, Alma Bair has welcomed travelers to Puerto Rico with thoughtful, experiential, and design-driven hospitality. With studies at Parsons and Babson College, she leads Paradise Villas & Vacations with a focus on comfort, privacy, and warm service.
Every stay reflects her attention to detail and her belief that guests deserve a home where they feel supported from arrival to departure.
Alma is also a proud co founder of Viva PR ST Alliance, a non profit organization dedicated to short term rental alliance, and she is also a certified Vacation Rental Manager Professional A through VRMA International Academy.
For the last 7 years, Alma has been serving on marketing and sales advisory committee MSAC for Discover Puerto Rico, Puerto Rico's local destination management organization (DMO).

Local Host & Property Manager
With over 20 years in leading hotel groups, Alexsander brings practiced professionalism to every stay. He oversees property care, housekeeping, and on-site services to ensure each villa is prepared to the highest standard. Guests rely on his steady presence and local knowledge, knowing their visit will run smoothly from start to finish.
Hannah
Guest Experience Manager
For the past six years, Hannah has guided daily operations and guest support at Paradise Villas & Vacations. As Team Lead, she coordinates bookings, property readiness, and guest communication with calm efficiency. She helps create the relaxed, seamless experience guests expect when choosing a premium villa in Puerto Rico.
Victoria
Guest Services Ambassador
Victoria supports the guest experience through clear communication and timely service. As a Guest Services Ambassador, she processes requests, assists travelers throughout their stay, and helps manage PV&V's social media presence. Her warm, attentive approach ensures guests feel heard and well cared for at every step.
Hazel
Guest Services Ambassador
With nearly four years at PV&V, Hazel supports guests and the team with careful, organized service. She manages administrative tasks, assists with guest communication, and helps track accounting needs with accuracy. Her dependable work keeps stays running without disruption, giving guests peace of mind throughout their visit.
Raz
Guest Services Ambassador
Raz brings more than six years of service experience, with a strong background in guest communication and support. As a Guest Services Ambassador, she handles calls, coordinates detailed reservations, and prepares each stay with steady attention. She resolves concerns with patience and builds meaningful rapport with guests, ensuring every arrival begins with confidence.
Zeke
Digital Systems Lead
Since 2023, Zeke has strengthened PV&V's digital systems and online presence. He manages the website, updates listings, and develops backend automations that keep operations smooth. His work supports fast communication, accurate information, and a seamless guest journey from browsing villas to settling in.
