Given the amount of funds invested in this particular Dorado Beach venture, it was important to me to work with a company which focuses not only the needs of guests, but also the financial expectations of the property owner. PV&V's operations team is truly outstanding. They handle every problem promptly, professionally and respectfully. In the past, I have seen ridiculous situations occur in which, I personally, would not have been able to handle in a respectful manner. Nevertheless, PV&V has been, and is, able to maneuver through tough situations with both grace and poise - bringing matters to successful and positive conclusions.
