Arrival Timeline
Check-In Time: Access to the property begins at 4:00 PM.
Early Check-In: Early access is subject to availability based on cleaning schedules. If you require an early check-in, please ask us in advance to see if we can accommodate your request.
Late Arrival (Self-Check-In): If you are arriving after 8:00 PM, you will follow a self-check-in protocol. Ensure you have your entry details saved before arrival, as host support may be limited during late-night hours.
Receiving Your Instructions
Your local host will send your specific entry details exactly 24 hours before your check-in time. Do not head to the property until you have received this message.
The host’s message will include:
Property Address: Full location and any specific building/gate navigation.
Entry Codes: Your unique digital key or lockbox combination.
Parking: Assigned spot numbers or street parking restrictions.
Wi-Fi: Network name and password.
